KORE Insulation is looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to grow sales across the UK construction market. This is a field-based sales role for someone who understands construction products, knows the house-building sector and enjoys turning technical conversations into commercial results.

The opportunity
As Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of sales growth across your region. You will develop existing accounts, open new doors and build strong relationships with house builders, architects, engineers and other construction professionals.
What you’ll be doing
- Generating new business and growing existing accounts
- Selling directly to house builders and construction customers
- Building relationships with key decision-makers
- Promoting the KORE Insulation product range
- Providing technical product advice
- Influencing customers to adopt new products and construction methods
- Preparing quotations, tenders and sales forecasts
- Delivering sales, technical and CPD presentations
- Attending site meetings, trade shows and networking events
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Working with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
What you’ll bring
- Proven construction product sales experience
- Direct sales experience with house builders
- Strong existing industry relationships
- Technical sales ability
- Confidence discussing construction methods
- The ability to influence and change customer behaviour
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- A self-motivated and target-driven approach
- Willingness to travel extensively
- A full driving licence
