(Female) Complex Care Support Worker (Nights)
We have a fantastic opportunity for dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide care for a young child.
This role is perfect if you’re seeking additional work while making a meaningful difference. You’ll be supporting an individual with complex needs, helping to improve their quality of life in a truly rewarding way.
About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child’s life by providing dedicated, one-to-one care, supporting their development, comfort, and overall wellbeing. You will be caring for our young baby client with complex medical needs, requiring consistent, attentive, and highly compassionate support.
Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting respiratory and nutritional needs, administering medication, closely monitoring the child’s condition, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive.
Shift : Nights - 22:30-08:30
About You
Experience with paediatric complex care (preferred)
Confidence with NGT feeding, oxygen therapy, and respiratory support
Calm, attentive, and responsive to changing clinical needs
Strong observational and communication skills
Compassionate, patient, and family-centred approach
We offer a Fast Track Bonus of £100 for completing your compliance checks within two weeks and paid mandatory training *The bonus will be paid upon the successful completion of your first shift.
