Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Groundworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in excavation, drainage, laying foundations, concreting, and hard landscaping. Ideally you will be comfortable working on both domestic and commercial sites.
Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of groundworks, including drainage, foundations, laying kerbs, paving, and concreting.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with excavation, trenching, and site preparation.
- Read and work from site plans and drawings where required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area.
- CPCS/NPORS roller and dumper tickets.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Ground Worker.
- Valid CSCS card (essential).
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
