Job Summary:
NGetTeacher Education Solutions UK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Learning Solutions Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of innovative learning solutions for educational institutions and corporate clients. The role is responsible for overseeing instructional design, digital learning initiatives, learning technologies, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, learner-centered education solutions that support organizational growth and client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning solutions, training programs, and digital education initiatives
- Develop learning strategies aligned with organizational objectives, client requirements, and industry best practices
- Manage instructional designers, learning consultants, content developers, and learning technology specialists
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and digital learning tools
- Collaborate with education partners, subject matter experts, technology teams, and business stakeholders to develop engaging learning experiences
- Monitor learning effectiveness using analytics, learner feedback, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Manage project budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for learning solution initiatives
- Ensure compliance with educational standards, accessibility requirements, data protection regulations, and quality assurance frameworks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Educational Technology, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Extensive experience in learning and development, instructional design, education technology, corporate training, or educational program management
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), adult learning principles, curriculum development, and e-learning best practices
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, Cornerstone, or similar), authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), and learning analytics platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and project management skills
- Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Project Management, or Educational Technology are highly desirable

Pay: £70,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
