You will be responsible for facilitating the lettings process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Showcasing available properties to potential clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all clients alike
- Managing leads and enquiries effectively to maximise opportunities
- Progressing your deals from enquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth transaction
- Developing a strong understanding of the ever-changing local market
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in Residential Sales, Residential Lettings or property is desirable however full training will be provided
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities
- IT Literacy
- Full UK driving licence is essential and own car
