We are delighted to be expanding our team of Relief Home Care Assistants in Ellon and the surrounding areas, offering competitive hourly rates of £14.00 to £14.50 per hour.
As a Home Care Assistant at Fraser Elite, you will support people to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place where they feel happiest and most secure — their own home.
Our approach to home care is centred around relationships, not routines. Rather than focusing solely on tasks, we take time to understand each client as an individual — their lifestyle, interests, personal preferences, and what makes them feel happy and fulfilled. With visits typically lasting at least one hour, our Home Care Assistants have the opportunity to deliver thoughtful, person-centred care that nurtures wellbeing, encourages independence, and truly makes a difference.

We are looking for relief workers with the flexibility to cover shifts within our operating hours of 7am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday. Relief shifts are offered on an as-needed basis to help cover annual leave, sickness, and periods of increased demand, making this an ideal role for those seeking flexible hours while making a real difference in people's lives. Travel time between visits is paid, ensuring you are fairly compensated for your working time.

Essential Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use
- Willingness to travel between clients in Ellon and surrounding areas
- Full flexibility to work between 7am and 10pm Monday-Sunday
