Standby Healthcare are recruiting for a Team Leader in Blackpool, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established charity organisation supporting Adults with Learning disabilities. Due to company growth, they are expanding their fantastic team who are dedicated to providing support their residents and provide the best care. You will have support from an experienced senior management team.

Role responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Registered Manager to lead the coordination and management of person‑centred support for older adults.
- Build trusting, therapeutic relationships with service users.
- Lead staff deployment and ensure effective staffing across the service
- Provide staff with coaching, personal support, supervision, both informal and formal.
- Support individuals in managing daily routines, self-care, and social skills.
- Encourage participation in meaningful activities and community involvement
- Administer medication where required (training provided).
- De-escalate challenging situations using trauma‑informed approaches.
- Uphold safeguarding policies and confidentiality.
To be successful you will:
- Previous experience within learning disabilities and mental health
- Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
