The Role:
As a Child and Young Person Support Worker, you will provide care and support to children and young people with emotional, behavioural, or developmental needs. Promote safety, wellbeing, and independence while working closely with families, school, and professionals to ensure consistent support.

As a Child and Young Person Support Worker, you will:

Provide dedicated 1:1 or 2:1 support to children and young people.

Participate in and encourage daily activities that promote independence and learning.

Maintain detailed records of observations regarding the young person's emotional and educational development.

Support the development of routines and positive behaviours.
Who We're Looking For:

Experience working with children and young people, particularly those with challenging behaviour, mental health issues, or disabilities.

Ability to adapt and respond swiftly to challenging situations.

High level of patience and emotional resilience.

Non-judgemental attitude

Calm under pressure and capable of managing difficult situations effectively.

Willingness to undergo training and personal development in line with changing standards.
