This beautiful Nursery on the outskirts of the town of Alsager, is looking for an experienced Nursery Third in Charge to join an amazing team!
Are you someone who has strong management and leadership skills, with a passion for working with children and supporting early childhood development.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive and learn.
The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the Nursery Manager and the Deputy Manager in daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high standards of childcare are maintained.
Role
- Leading and mentoring a team of practitioners in your designated room
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children
- Planning and delivering engaging activities
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Supporting the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in operational excellence and compliance
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
- NNEB, CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines
- Good time management skills
- You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
