We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Bartender to join our little team.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks and snacks, ensuring a clean and organised bar area.

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and taking drink orders efficiently
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Basic maths skills for processing payments and managing tabs
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential
- A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively
