Coffee Lovers wanted!
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Barista with strong Latte Art skills to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various operational tasks and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude and be willing to do what is necessary on a day to day basis. You will be required to attend an in person interview during which you will have to make coffee with Latte Art.

Responsibilities
- Ensure every coffee is prepared to perfection with perfect Latte art.
- Provide excellent customer service & sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all work areas, ensuring a tidy environment.
- Taking customer orders accurately & putting them through the till.
- Cleaning tables, floors & loading the dishwasher.
- Open or Close down duties.
- Some basic food prep.
Skills
- Latte Art.
- Knowledge of all things coffee.
- Knowledge of food preparation & compliance would be a bonus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn new skills.
- Previous experience in a Barista role in an independent coffee shop.
