Exceptional Operations Director
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: Competitive + annual performance bonus + car / car allowance (depending on experience)

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take complete ownership of operational performance across the business.
You'll lead hundreds of employees, inspire an exceptional management team and continually improve every aspect of service delivery, customer experience and operational efficiency.
This role isn't about maintaining standards.
It's about raising them.
You'll be responsible for
- Leading and developing a high-performing operations leadership team
- Creating an exceptional culture of accountability and excellence
- Delivering industry-leading client retention and customer satisfaction
- Driving operational innovation and continuous improvement
- Building scalable systems and processes that support rapid growth
- Using technology and data to improve performance
- Developing future leaders throughout the business
- Ensuring compliance, quality and health & safety remain world-class
- Working alongside the Managing Director to execute the company's long-term strategic vision
Who we're looking for
We are not recruiting based on cleaning industry experience.
We're recruiting based on leadership.
You'll have:
- A proven track record leading large operational teams (200+ employees)
- Experience running multi-site service operations
- Outstanding commercial awareness
- Strong financial and KPI management skills
- A passion for continuous improvement
- Exceptional communication and people leadership
- The ability to inspire high performance rather than simply manage it
- Experience creating cultures where people genuinely want to succeed
