Job Summary
HJC Lettings Team are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of residential properties. In this role you will work alongside a fun, dynamic, upbeat team. Your main role will ensure properties are well-maintained, tenants and landlords are satisfied, and all aspects of property management run smoothly. You must be up to date with all lettings laws and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operation of properties, including check ins, check outs and property maintenance
- Supervise maintenance teams and contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties
- Oversee project management tasks related to property upgrades or repairs
- Carry out regular property visits
- Deal with deposit returns and organise quotes/negotiate any deductions
- Work with the Lettings Team to ensure a smooth running of the high end portfolio
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ property management experience
- Ideally be ARLA/NFoPP qualified
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
- Have an ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Be adaptable and a good team player
- To have a strong work and service “ethic”
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Happy to take the initiative, responsibility and ownership
- Confident in dealing with clients
- Have the desire to exceed clients and customers expectations
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude and adopt a proactive approach.

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
