Part-Time Business Administrator
Location: ID Inquiries, Craighall Business Park, Glasgow

Hours: 20 hours per week (Tuesday & Wednesday – 9-5pm, Thursday 9-1pm)
Salary: £28,000 pro rata

ID Inquiries Ltd is a busy Brand Protection and Corporate Investigation Company, established in 1990 and located in Craighall Business Park, Glasgow, G4 9XA.
We are looking for a motivated and organised Business Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, has excellent organisational skills and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.
The Role
As our Business Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll help ensure the contract operates efficiently while providing excellent support to clients, contractors and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
As our Business Administrator, your duties will include:
- Preparing letters and other business correspondence
- Carrying out licence and compliance checks
- Processing invoices and preparing cheques for payment
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the management team
- Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems
- Assisting with document preparation and general office administration
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business
- Undertaking any other reasonable administrative duties as required

Essential Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Good IT skills and confidence using a range of computer systems
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
- A professional, reliable and proactive approach to work
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a small team
