The role of Executive Assistant:
- Manage complex calendar on behalf of the CEO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Organise global flights, hotels, and ground transportation across different time zones
- Responsible for inbox management
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Support with office management duties
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance office efficiency
The ideal Executive Assistant:
- Proven experience in a similar role supporting at C Suite within the financial services industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with global travel across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with managing confidential information and maintaining discretion
This is a permanent role based in London West End supporting the CEO of a small financial services company, with hybrid working available.
