Loch Leven Hotel is looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our friendly team. You will play a key role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards, creating a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms to hotel standards.
- Change bed linen and replenish towels and guest amenities.
- Vacuum, dust, mop and sanitise rooms and public areas.
- Ensure all rooms are ready for guest arrivals within the required timeframes.
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to management.
- Restock housekeeping trolleys and linen cupboards.
- Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of the housekeeping team.
- Assist with deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning tasks when required.
