Harpenden Medical Clinic are looking for an experienced and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. We are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in an extremely supportive and professional environment.
Applicants must have:
- A full NMC Registration with a valid UK PIN.
- Previous experience working in General Practice or Primary Care.
- Nurse Prescriber preferred.
- Clinical governance/CQC experience.
- Experience with childhood immunisations and travel health
- Phlebotomy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients.
- Provide routine health and travel health vaccinations, weight management services and ear microsuction.
- Health promotion and patient education.
- Provide autonomous and proactive patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical records using the practice system.
- Work collaboratively with GPs, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff to deliver excellent patient care.
