Layton's at The Leckford Hutt is one of Hampshire's most exciting destinations & we are growing fast. Paul Layton, whose career spans Michelin-starred kitchens & internationally recognised restaurants including Nobu, is looking for two chefs to join his kitchen team.
You do not need years of experience. You need passion, a great attitude & the willingness to get stuck in & learn from one of the best.
What the role involves:
- Preparing & cooking dishes in accordance with Layton's menu specifications & quality standards
- Supporting all areas of the kitchen as required including prep, service & cleaning
- Maintaining cleanliness & hygiene standards within the kitchen at all times
- Monitoring stock levels & minimising waste
- Working closely with the front of house team to ensure smooth service
- Taking pride in everything you do & being part of a team that genuinely cares about quality
