About Us Teamworks is a multi-venue fast-paced, customer focused go-karting and laser tag provider dedicated to delivering safe, high-performance experiences. We are seeking a proactive and safety-conscious Race Marshal to join our team and play a key role in track operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor track activity to ensure safe and fair racing at all times
· Use flags and signals to communicate with drivers (e.g. caution, stop, hazards)
· Respond quickly to incidents, including spinning karts or collisions
· Assist drivers safely on and off the track when required
· Enforce track rules and provide clear instructions to participants
· Conduct pre-race safety briefings for customers
· Work closely with the Front of House team to ensure smooth race flow
Requirements
· Strong awareness of health and safety practices
· Confident, assertive communication skills
· Ability to stay calm and react quickly under pressure
· Team player with a positive attitude
· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Basic IT skills preferred but not essential
