ELFA Cleaning Ltd is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated, reliable and ambitious Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team in Guildford.
This is a full-time, long-term position for someone who wants responsibility, career progression and the opportunity to become a key member of our management team.

THE ROLE
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring our cleaning teams and sites are operating to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supporting cleaning teams
- Checking cleaning standards across different sites
- Training and supporting new cleaners
- Carrying out regular site inspections
- Dealing with client requests and feedback
- Helping organise staff and cover
- Making sure teams have the equipment and supplies they need
- Reporting issues and finding practical solutions
- Working closely with management to improve our service
This is a hands-on management position, so you should be comfortable getting involved and leading by example.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We don't expect you to know everything from day one. Full training will be provided.
We are looking for someone who is:

Full UK driving licence – essential
Ideally based in Guildford or the surrounding area
Spanish speaking is an advantage, but not essential.
WORKING HOURS
Full-time | Monday–Saturday
Sundays may occasionally be required, but are optional where possible.
This is an active and demanding role. You will be travelling between sites, supporting teams and making sure our clients receive a consistently high standard of service.
