Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment they walk in
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations when appropriate, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest satisfaction is prioritized
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the kitchen team and maintain smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards by handling food and beverages responsibly and adhering to hygiene protocols
- Support barista duties when required, preparing coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with skill and care
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with catering, serving, or food preparation processes enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating proficiency in preparing quality coffee and beverages
- Knowledge of food safety regulations ensures safe handling of food and drinks at all times
