We are recruiting for Field Service Engineer to cover the North West of Engliand, who can demonstrate experience in maintaining and repairing forklift trucks or other materials handling equipment, to join our Aftersales and Service team.
As a Field Service Engineer you will be located in North West England, to easily cover this area, responsible for planning your own diary, undertaking occasional trips further afield, possibly with overnight stays.
As an integral member of the team, you will travel to customer sites to provide intervention support of Pyroban conversions including breakdowns, warranty support, installations, and safety inspections.
In addition to having relevant experience as a Field Service Engineer on forklift or other materials handling equipment maintenance and repairs, you will have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, and have a proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach.
A desire to learn and be successful is imperative and you must be able to work independently of others. Good IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required and experience of using CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft PowerPoint would be advantageous.
We offer 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and the option to purchase up to another 10 days a year, pension, life assurance, health care cover, a starting salary of £38,000 to £39,640,00 plus overtime, company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, and uniform. Full training will be provided.
