We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our growing team and help us continue providing outstanding person-centred care.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Clinical Services, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are delivered across our care packages. You will provide expert clinical oversight, support and develop care teams, and work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to and uphold the NMC Code of Professional Conduct at all times.
- Provide clinical oversight of complex care packages and support day-to-day service delivery.
- Deliver specialist clinical training and competency assessments for new and existing staff.
- Attend client reviews as part of a multidisciplinary team and advocate for client needs.
- Review, update, and maintain care plans, risk assessments, and emergency procedures.
- Complete monthly clinical audits and visits to ensure compliance and quality standards are maintained.
- Liaise with GPs, consultants, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and support clinical interventions, including wound care, catheter care, and infection prevention and control practices.
- Provide guidance on medicines management and assess staff competency in medication administration.
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and promote best practice across the service.
About You
- Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration.
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience delivering high-quality care.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care.
Desirable
- Experience working within complex care, community care, or home care settings.
- Experience training, mentoring, or supervising healthcare staff.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance processes.
