Business Support Administrator
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Hours: Full Time – 40 hrs a week
Salary: £27,000 -£29,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
CDC Draincare is an experienced drainage company specialising in blocked drains, drain unblocking and drain clearance for domestic and commercial customers. With decades of hands on experience, we pride ourselves on reliability, longstanding customer relationships and getting the job right the first time. From minor blockages to major drainage issues, our team knows how to deal with problems properly and professionally.
We are looking for an organised and reliable Business Support Administrator to assist our busy planning and operations team with permits, paperwork, customer updates, internal records and general administrative support.
This is an office-based administration role within a fast-paced drainage and infrastructure business. The role would suit someone with good attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work accurately in a busy operational environment.
What you’ll be doing:
✔ Supporting the planning and operations team with job administration, permits, customer updates and, where required, assisting with scheduling and engineer coordination.
✔ Handling incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries
✔ Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
✔ Assisting with diary management and job allocation administration
✔ Processing paperwork, reports and compliance documents
✔ Communicating with customers, suppliers and operational teams
✔ Gaining exposure to how a business operates within a busy drainage environment
What we’re looking for:
✔ Good communication skills and confidence speaking with customers and colleagues
✔ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✔ Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
✔ Ability to work in a busy environment and prioritise tasks
✔ Positive attitude with willingness to learn
✔ Knowledge or experience of working within a planning, scheduling, or operations environment would be advantageous, although on-the-job support will be provided.
✔ GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths preferred
