Job Summary
We are now seeking multiple, reliable and professional Delivery Drivers to join our growing team, with full time and part time hours available! The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries. We deliver across the UK, with hours starting from 10pm-5am.
This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to handle deliveries with care and professionalism. A valid driving licence and prior delivery experience are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate vehicles to deliver goods to clients and customers.
- Load and unload items carefully, ensuring products are secured during transit.
- Verify delivery orders against dispatch documentation before departure and upon arrival.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
- Communicate proactively with the Transport team regarding any delays or issues encountered during deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and responsive to client needs.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met and report any maintenance requirements promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver.
- Strong driving skills with a clean driving licence suitable for commercial vehicles.
- Experience in commercial driving environments with an understanding of safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills to plan routes efficiently and manage delivery schedules effectively.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members professionally.
- Ability to handle physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods safely.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently under minimal supervision. Requirements
- Must live in West London.
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
- Confident driving vans, including motorway driving.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar delivery driving role is preferred.
- Forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
- Reliable, hardworking, and flexible.
- Positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
Pay: £12.50 per hour
