Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Westhope Country Retreats. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our luxury accommodations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a pristine environment during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure all linens and towels are laundered and presented to a high standard.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with preparing breakfast or light meals for guests when required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations throughout the retreat.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to assist with additional tasks as needed.
