We seek apprentices to join us to fuel our growth and to develop long terms careers with a great potential!
We are currently looking for a friendly, approach individual to join our team. As a growing business with time strains on the leadership team we need someone to lead strategic and research projects collating information for the MD and other leaders, also handling admin, diary management and payroll if possible. Strong admin, analytical and networking skills would be a huge benefit.
Your role will also include
- Organising the MD's calendar and meetings
- Supporting the sales, account management and marketing teams producing KPI's for the management team
- Endeavouring to provide a seamless and effortless experience to customers when dealing with complex queries.
- Customer satisfaction surveys to exiting customers
What the role involves
- To provide efficient and professional customer service to both customers and colleagues
- Process documents
- Manage our crm system
- Assist with key reports
- Provide monthly updates to the account management and sales teams
