End of Tenancy Professional Cleaner

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated End of Tenancy Professional Cleaner to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing residential properties for new tenants by delivering exceptional cleaning standards and ensuring every property is presented in immaculate condition.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and can work efficiently to meet deadlines. A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in end of tenancy cleaning is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out comprehensive end of tenancy cleaning of residential properties.
- Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, hallways, and communal spaces.
- Clean and sanitise appliances including ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, and extractor fans.
- Remove limescale, grease, dust, dirt, and stains from all surfaces.
- Clean internal windows, skirting boards, doors, fixtures, and fittings.
- Ensure all areas meet professional letting and inventory standards.
- Dispose of rubbish and waste in accordance with local regulations.
- Restock cleaning materials and report any shortages.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns.
- Follow all company procedures and health and safety guidelines.
- Complete work within allocated timescales while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in end of tenancy cleaning.
- Strong knowledge of professional cleaning methods, products, and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of inventory and letting agency cleaning standards.
