As a key member of our service team, the successful candidate will report to the Service Manager to drive the growth and success of our business. We are seeking an individual who is skilled in organisation and is proactive in their day-to-day work.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge and capability on all Microsoft applications and have a natural mindset in problem solving and thinking outside the box.
The Service Co-Ordinator is responsible for ensuring that all service jobs are organised and setup with appropriate communication and paperwork in the service department workshop plus offshore, parts enquiries/requisitions as required.
The role includes producing formal quotations, invoices, planning and scheduling of engineers, and ensuring the efficent flow of work in our busy workshop's and in the field to meet the workshop and customer’s needs and expectations.
- 3 years’ previous experience in a workshop environment.
- Background in procedural and methodical working.
Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Packages.
- Ability to think outside the box to problem solve.
- Understanding of QHSE in a similar working environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities
- Administration and co-ordination of the day-to-day running of service jobs
- Raising of work packs for service engineers
- Ensuring parts are available on time to complete works
- Liaising with customers to plan work
- Liaising with the rest of the service team to organise and plan work around other tasks
- Administration of service-related planners, registers etc.
- Costing, quoting and invoicing of workscopes
- Occasional out of hours support to organise breakdown workscopes
- Any other duty or task that may be deemed reasonable to ensure our clients are supported
