Our ever-growing hotel is looking for a new receptionist to join our team. An ideal candidate will be friendly, efficient, love working with others, able to work independently, work well under pressure and be the face of our popular venue.
Candidates should have great computer skills, conversational English and have a passion for providing amazing service.
Experience in a busy hotel & using booking systems (both for meal reservations & room bookings) is essential for this role.
Candidates should also have a great telephone and in-person manner. Our reception team get amazing feedback for going the extra mile to help our guests feel at home.
Shift patterns are 4-11pm or 8-4pm, but can vary slightly from this. Flexibility for both mornings and evenings is essential. The ideal candidate would work 2 mornings and 2 evening shifts per week (over a 7 day rota).
