- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing care team, embedding a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders, acting as the face of the home
- Oversee care planning and delivery, ensuring individualised, high-quality care for every resident
- Manage risk effectively, ensuring robust health and safety, safeguarding, and clinical governance processes are in place
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality of care and resident satisfaction
- Represent the home within the local community and healthcare network, supporting its reputation and growth
About You
- Registered Manager experience within a care home setting, ideally within a premium or luxury environment
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g. NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management, or equivalent) and registration with the appropriate regulatory body
- A strong track record of achieving excellent inspection outcomes and driving high standards of care
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage a diverse care team
- Strong commercial and operational acumen, including budget and P&L management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with residents, families, and external partners
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care
