We are seeking a motivated and skilled Self-Employed Spray Painter / Sprayer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Operate spray painting equipment efficiently, applying coatings evenly and accurately on diverse surfaces.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with clients or project managers to understand specific painting requirements and timelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of tools and work area to uphold high standards of safety and quality.
- Inspect finished work for consistency, smoothness, and adherence to project specifications before completion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in spray painting, construction painting, or related fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Valid driving license with reliable transportation to access various job sites.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
- Ability to operate spray equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques including sanding, masking, and cleaning surfaces prior to painting.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on achieving flawless finishes.
- Self-motivated with good time management.
