Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Swindon
Salary: Starting from £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus performance-related bonuses
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week | Generally Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Flexibility required as the service operates 24/7, 365 days per year.

Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (or equivalent), or willingness to work towards the qualification
Experience Required: Minimum three years working with children within the last five years, including at least one year in a senior position within children's residential care

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient, and experienced leader who has successfully managed an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
The successful candidate will:
- Be passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people
- Have experience leading and developing residential childcare teams
- Be confident managing Ofsted inspections and regulatory compliance
- Have strong safeguarding knowledge and experience
- Be capable of managing budgets, staffing structures, and service development
- Build effective relationships with local authorities, commissioners, families, and partner agencies
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Be committed to continuous improvement and achieving at least a Good Ofsted rating
