The successful candidate must be responsible, honest, reliable, flexible, able to think on their feet and, very importantly, able to use their own initiative. An interest in wine, craft beers and current drinking trends will be a definite advantage and bar experience is preferred although, if necessary, bar training can be given for the right candidate.
As an employer we are committed to creating a planet positive venue. Recycling, sustainability, carbon footprint offsetting as well as working with charitable organisations who work not only within the local community but for the betterment of the planet are at the forefront of what we do. Therefore, any potential employee must share in this ethos and always be working with these core values in mind.
If you're able to work weekends and are interested in coming to work with us, we're looking for like-minded people and only those who care about having a positive effect on the planet should apply. When applying do so with your CV and include a cover letter outlining not only any relevant experience you might have but how you think that you are a good fit to work with us.
