Due to continued growth, we’re looking to recruit an experienced and driven Construction Supervisor to support and lead our Civils Installation Team across a variety of off-mains drainage projects.
The Role
As Construction Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of multiple installation teams across various sites. Working closely with the Construction Director and other senior staff, you’ll ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with regulatory standards.
This role is suited to someone with a strong background in groundworks, civil construction, or drainage systems who’s ready to lead from the front while supporting the success and development of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of civils installation teams
- Plan workloads and allocate resources across multiple sites
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of:
- Sewage treatment plants
- Pumping stations
- Set out and check site levels to ensure accuracy
- Monitor health and safety compliance and conduct site inspections
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time
- Provide on-site technical guidance and problem-solving support
- Communicate project updates to management and clients
- Keep accurate records, daily logs, and project documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a site supervisor, foreman, or team leader role within civil engineering or construction
- Hands-on knowledge of wastewater systems, including treatment plants and pumping stations
- Ability to set out site levels and interpret technical drawings
- Strong understanding of Part H2 Building Regulations
- Proficiency in using surveying tools, MS Office (Word, Excel), and email
- Confident in writing and reviewing reports and RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
- Full, clean UK Driving Licence (essential)
- CSCS/CPCS card (essential)
- Street Works certification
- Confined Space Entry
- Excavator 360/180
- Forward Tipping Dumper
