The shared medical workforce services team delivers high quality, expert medical HR support to several customers including the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) and voluntary sector partners.
After a short period of initial training, you will provide a wide range of HR administration and support to colleagues and service users following clear processes. This will include updating and maintaining computerised HR systems including Allocate e-appraisal and the electronic staff record system (ESR). You will respond to email and telephone queries and prepare various documents.
This role will provide an invaluable introduction to HR in the health sector, in particular the desirable specialism of working with doctors. For right candidate, it will open doors to a range of exciting opportunities.

We are part of North London Partners Shared Services (NLPSS), an NHS corporate services partnership for north central London committed to excellent patient care through an outstanding employee experience.
NLPSS provides recruitment, payroll, occupational health and medical workforce services to several NHS trusts and other organisations.
The role may suit a recent graduate; however the minimum educational requirement is A levels / NVQ3 or equivalent in a relevant subject (e.g. business admin or customer service). You will also need strong computer literacy, good analytical skills, working knowledge of MS Office software and keen to learn new systems.
Your office base will be Enfield Civic Centre, however remote working for part of the week is possible after an initial training period. You may also be required to work at any of our customers’ sites from time to time.
