BMW Cobham is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technician to join our expert team and deliver outstanding service and technical excellence.
About the Role:
As a BMW Senior Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining BMW vehicles to the highest standards. You’ll act as a technical lead in the workshop, supporting other technicians and ensuring that every vehicle leaves performing at its best.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BMW vehicles.
- Use BMW diagnostic systems and tools to identify and rectify faults.
- Support and mentor other technicians, sharing your expertise.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to BMW standards.
- Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Keep up to date with the latest BMW training and technical developments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully qualified technician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent).
- Certified BMW Senior Technician or working towards this level (preferred).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with BMW ISTA diagnostic systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
