Join our Safeguarding Team as a Safeguarding Facilitator, playing a vital role in protecting vulnerable patients and supporting high-quality care delivery. Working within a dedicated Safeguarding Hub, you will coordinate and process safeguarding referrals, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and aligned with best practice. This is a highly collaborative role, involving close working with internal teams and external agencies to promote patient safety and wellbeing.
You will contribute to a culture of safeguarding excellence by supporting staff, promoting Think Family principles, and ensuring sensitive information is handled with professionalism and care. This role offers the opportunity to develop specialist knowledge in safeguarding, work across multi-agency pathways, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
