We are excited to be opening our second nursery branch this July and are looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead the new setting. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing nursery and help shape a positive, caring environment from the start.
Main Duties:
- Set up and manage the day-to-day running of the new nursery
- Lead and support a new team of staff
- Ensure all safeguarding and Ofsted requirements are met
- Create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Support with staff recruitment, training, and organisation
Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher)
- Previous nursery experience with leadership responsibilities
- Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
- Strong organisational and communication skills
