What You'll Need
- 1 year experience in compliance, quality or health & social care.
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Be willing to work in a fast paced environment
- Extremely Confident using Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence essential
What You'll Do
- Completion of care plans and assessments
- Monitor compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
- Complete audits, spot checks and quality reviews.
- Support branches with compliance and documentation.
- Prepare for inspections and internal audits.
- Investigate incidents and identify improvements.
- Produce compliance reports and maintain accurate records.
