We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and caring Domestic Cleaner to join our friendly team at Woodland Park Care Home.
As a Domestic Cleaner, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. Your work will directly contribute to the comfort, dignity, and wellbeing of the people who live in our home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning residents’ bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to a high standard.
- Maintaining infection prevention and control procedures at all times.
- Using cleaning equipment and products safely and in line with COSHH guidance.
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Working as part of a supportive team to ensure the home remains clean, fresh, and welcoming.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive and reliable attitude.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A genuine respect for older people and a commitment to providing a high-quality environment.

This is a part-time position, working an average of 25.25 hours per week on a rolling rota. There will also be opportunities to work additional hours to cover annual leave, sickness, and service needs.
