Swimming pathway manager/Club liaison

Are you passionate about swimming and have a background in competitive swimming or swimming clubs?.
Swimwithjo is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated individual to lead an exciting new pathway that bridges the gap between learn to Swim and competitive club Swimming. Over the years we've helped thousands of children learn how to swim and we're now creating a program to ensure talented swimmers don't stop once they've completed the Swim England learn to Swim framework. Many children achieve all required skills but aren't quite ready to make the leap. They may lack confidence, need further/development, or simply benefit from additional encouragement before taking the next step.

About the role
We are looking for someone with a strong background in competitive clubs, competitive Swimming or Swim coaching,
Duties
- Develop and manage or transition program from Swim School to Club Swimming
- Inspire and motivate swimmers to continue their Swimming journey
- Build strong relationships with local swimming clubs
- Arrange for Club coaches to visit our program assess swimmers and encourage them towards competitive Swimming
- Help children and families understand the opportunities available within Club Swimming
- Work alongside our teaching team to identify swimmers with potential.
- Lead develop and grow this exciting new area of our business.
We are looking for;
Someone who has experience within Swimming club environment or competitive Swimming
Is passionate about developing young swimmers
Has excellent communication and leadership skills
Is confident working with children, parents and coaches
Is organised proactive and able to manage their own workload
Has the ambition and leadership qualities to be part of the management team?
Shares our vision of keeping children involved in Swimming for life.

Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
