Job Summary (full-time preferred, part-time job share option possible)
We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Front of House Patient Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors in a dynamic healthcare environment. This vital role combines exceptional customer service with administrative precision, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
As a key member of our team, you will manage front desk operations, assist patients with check-in procedures, and coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help foster a warm, efficient, and organised atmosphere that reflects our commitment to outstanding patient care.

Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently
- Answer incoming calls promptly, directing inquiries to appropriate staff or departments
- Maintain appointment schedules, confirm upcoming visits, and assist with rescheduling as needed
- Ensure all patient information is handled confidentially in compliance with privacy regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating patient records
- Coordinate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and address any immediate needs or concerns
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with front desk operations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable using office equipment such as computers, phones, and scheduling software
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage appointments, records, and daily tasks effectively
