Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals correctly to maintain a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Maintain cleaning schedules and complete daily checklists to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures when handling chemicals
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
