Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team as an Argo ATV Technician at our Garage in Beauly. The role consists of servicing and repairing Argo ATV's bith here at the garage and sometimes out at customers premises. Also involved is the preparation of new Argo's, fitting cabs and winches etc. The job would suit someone with plant equipment or agricultural machinery experience or with general engineering skills. Experience with Argo's would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given. It's a widely varied job where no two days are the same.
- Routine service and maintenance.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and productivity.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in various environments.
- Assist in other garage jobs when required.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach towards continuous learning and improvement.
Good rates of pay available dependant on experience. An immediate start is available.
