Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials using forklifts and manual handling techniques
- Support stock stocking, picking & packing to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and update records
- Handle shipping & receiving processes, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Support materials handling tasks with mechanical knowledge and construction experience when needed
- Participate in inventory counts and stock audits to ensure data accuracy
Requirements
Experience in warehousing is not essential as you will be learning as part of the apprenticeship. You will need some of the following:
- Ability or experience using IT packages
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout shifts
- Mechanical knowledge or construction experience is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
