What We're Looking For
To be considered, you must:
Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Have recent experience working within an Early Years setting in a primary school.
Be confident supporting children's learning and development through play-based and structured activities.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
The Role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative learning activities.
Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development.
Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
Encourage children's social, emotional, and educational development.
Assist with observations, assessments, and classroom preparation where required
