As our CAMHS services continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a high-quality service supporting children and young people with complex emotional, behavioural and mental health needs.
The Role:
We're recruiting a Registered Manager to lead the quality, compliance and day-to-day operation of our CAMHS service.
You'll inspire and develop your team, promote a strong culture of safeguarding and quality, and ensure children and young people receive safe, therapeutic, person-centred care that delivers positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day management of the CAMHS service, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care.
- Oversee safeguarding, quality assurance, compliance and regulatory standards.
- Recruit, mentor and develop staff through supervision, coaching and performance management.
- Monitor care plans, risk assessments and documentation to ensure high-quality, outcome-focused support.
- Manage incidents, complaints, safeguarding concerns and risk effectively, embedding learning into practice.
- Build strong relationships with families, Local Authorities, education providers and healthcare professionals.
- Drive continuous improvement, monitor service performance and prepare for inspections and audits.
- Promote a positive, child-centred culture where young people feel safe, supported and empowered.
About You:
We're looking for an experienced, compassionate leader with a passion for delivering outstanding children's services.
You will ideally have:
- Experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar leadership role within children's services, health or social care
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and child-centred care
- Experience supporting children and young people with mental health needs, autism, learning disabilities or trauma
- Experience leading teams within a regulated service
- Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills
- Confidence using digital care systems and reporting tools
- A positive, resilient and solution-focused approach
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)

Important Requirements:
- Role will be subject to an Enhanced DBS with Children's Barred List checks
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to travel to services and meetings when required
- Full UK driving licence desirable
