Salary: £31,000 to £37,000 per year, depending on tickets and experience. Plus profit share and £250 joining bonus.

We're looking for a competent lead climbing tree surgeon to carry out complex climbing and dismantling work safely and efficiently.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead climbing and aerial tree surgery across commercial and domestic jobs
- Sectional dismantling, crown reductions, thinning, deadwooding and rigging
- Working to BS3998 and current industry best practice
- Following method statements and site risk assessments
- Making sound risk decisions in the tree with minimal supervision
- Mentoring trainee climbers and ground staff
What you'll need:
- CS38 and CS39, current and in date
- Aerial rescue current
- CS30 and CS31
- Competent and safe on rigging
- Solid tree surgery and climbing experience across commercial and domestic sites
- Full UK driving licence
