Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person who has completed the Bar Course of England and Wales to work with a sole practitioner in out Pakistan office at Sector F-8 of Islamabad. In this role, you will support senior legal professionals by preparing case materials, conducting research, and assisting with corresspondence, administration. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your UK practice skills , deepen your understanding of legal processes, and gain valuable experience. Responsibilities
- Assist senior barristers in preparing legal documents, briefs, and case files with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on relevant statutes, case law, and legal precedents to support case strategies
- Draft pleadings, submissions, and other court documents clearly and accurately
- Support the preparation for court hearings by organizing evidence and coordinating schedules
- Attend court sessions
- Engage in negotiations when required, representing client interests professionally and effectively
- Maintain organized records of case materials, correspondence, and legal documentation for easy retrieval
Experience
- A law degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Strong negotiation skills demonstrated through academic projects or previous roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Familiarity with legal research tools and databases is advantageous
